Let me hear you scream - Ozzy Osbourne

Oggi andiamo oltreoceano e ci spostiamo a un rock decisamente più hard, quello dell'ex Black Sabbath, l'intramontabile, immortale Ozzy Osbourne!

Ozzy è siuramente conosciuto da tutti gli amanti del genere, ma non può certo mancare in un rock-blog. Capolavori nella carriera di Ozzy ce ne sono a bizzeffe e non sarei mai riuscito a sceglierne solo uno, per cui ho deciso di prendere il primo singolo dell'ultimo album. "Let me hear you scream" è il pezzo più forte di Scream. L'album non stupisce particolarmente e rispecchia fin troppo fedelmente lo stile heavy metal di Ozzy, ma rispetto agli album precedenti il "re delle tenebre" appare in gran forma sfornando pezzi ritmati e sfoderando una potenza vocale impressionante per un uomo di sessantanni che ha vissuto un'intera vita al di fuori dall'ordinario.
